East Chamber conclude the program ( Real Estate Management ) with the participation of experts and specialists
The Eastern Chamber representative Training Center Continue to hold a specialized training program on (property management), which aims to rehabilitate people interested and willing to work in this area qualified scientifically based practical experience of experts and specialists on the matter. He said the Secretary General of the Chamber Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah Al- wabil that this program which started Sunday and runs through Thursday at Headquarters during the evening period aimed at all workers, interested and concerned relevant real estate, such as staffing and maintenance staff and officials with investment companies and real estate development and property management, which is expected by the end of the course the trainee should be able to identify all aspects of real property management, and have the ability to work in this area with high professional, achieved by ensuring optimal operation and control Persistent property to ensure its integrity and continued running.
He added that the program will offer six axis, (introduction to real property management) which will discuss what real property management, and mortgage product types in property management and economic changes and their impact on the property .While the second axis (the basics of real estate asset management) where participants receive information about the working methods of the management of real property, the tasks and responsibilities of real estate managers, systems and structures working in property management and maintenance, and how to deal with it. Third (study in real estate contracts) allows the program to identify the aspects of contracts concerning property management, based on legal studies and practical applications for these contracts is. While the program touches on the fourth axis (real estate valuation and property management), will discuss the importance and methods and its properties, namely the valuation of leases and asset valuation.
The program addresses the fifth axis to the art of marketing real estate, which provides information and research skills and investigates customer presentation skills, negotiation and professional interviewing, following the outline concept marketing real estate. The sixth axis deals with the topic of crisis management of real estate, where the program addresses the methods and techniques of real crisis management strategies and action plans to cope with crises, leasing and collecting rents.
